The foundation of our custody offering is the Bitcoin Suisse Vault architecture. We protect your assets through a combination of cryptographic and physical security measures, fully redundant backup hardware, stringent data management practices, and independent audit and review.
Many eyes ensure the quality and reliability of the Vault. Our rigorous internal processes receive an annual ISAE 3402 Type 2 quality assurance audit conducted by PwC. In addition, our source code has been audited by Zühlke, with penetration testing by Compass Security.
Safety, Accessibility, And Convenience: Our Crypto Account
Storing crypto can be complex, involving wallet software and highly sensitive private keys. Based on the foundation of our Vault architecture, our Crypto Account combines convenience and accessibility, with robust security. We manage all backend blockchain processes for you, enabling you to conveniently manage your holdings via your relationship manager or online account.
If something is unclear, you can rely on exceptional client service from our committed and responsive relationship managers well beyond standard banking hours.
You can rest assured that all crypto assets are either fully segregated and bankruptcy remote, or covered by a bank guarantee issued by a Swiss bank. Please note that for operational reasons, we leverage third-party custody technology for certain less common crypto assets, but they generally remain segregated.
