Zug; February 23, 2021 – Our 2nd release of Bitcoin Suisse Online in 2021 has brought several improvements to the platform. Here is a quick look “under the hood.”
Need to reach out to our Client Services team directly? We’ve now made it easier to get in touch through Bitcoin Suisse Online if you have an individual Account Manager assigned to you.
We’re here for you!
Speaking of support, we’ve also made it easier to submit a request for support online – and find detailed information about the most commonly requested topics. Our expanded Support Center is waiting for you!
Trade and stake – even quicker
Do you like “one-click”? We do! And that’s why we’ve made it super simple to start staking. If you use Bitcoin Suisse Online to buy a staking currency (DOT, XTZ, ADA, KSM, DASH, ETH or ATOM) supported by Bitcoin Suisse, you can now jump directly over to your Staking Dashboard to stake the amount you just purchased.
Focus on support
With so much going on in crypto markets, we continue to see massive interest in Bitcoin Suisse products and services. In order to focus on supporting our clients with the highest standards, we’ve introduced some new measures: there is now a minimum trade amount of CHF 200 for orders placed in Bitcoin Suisse Online. Clients can start staking KSM, ADA and ATOM with a minimum amount of CHF 5’000.
And…one more thing…
Stay tuned for some exciting updates to the Markets section of Bitcoin Suisse Online – we think you’ll like them!
