To further develop the positioning of Bitcoin Suisse in a highly vibrant and interesting market environment, we are looking for an IT Supporter who is excited to streamline the IT Service Desk in our dynamic and fast growing financial service environment, based in Zug, Switzerland.
Your tasks may include
- Handling and coordination of our IT Service Desk
- Solving incoming 1st and 2nd level support tickets
- Taking care of other requests from approx. 100 users within the domain
- Shaping the future IT environment of Bitcoin Suisse
- Supporting and close collaboration with the IT Systems Engineers
Relevant for the position
- Apprenticeship Information Technology or similar education
- Scripting know-how (e.g. Powershell) and Linux knowhow would be a further asset
- Ability and initiative to learn and adapt to systems, processes and new technologies
- Passion for crypto assets and blockchain
- Service oriented personality and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English and German
